First In, First Out(FIFO):The order of shipment is determined based on the time when the goods enter the warehouse. In short, the earliest arriving materials will be shipped out first, and the latest arriving materials will be shipped last. FIFO principle ensures that all materials will not be stored for a long time, implements expiration date management, and reduces consumed costs.

Lot Control:During the entire manufacturing process from incoming materials to shipment, implement scientific management strictly according to batches. Ensure that there is no process is missed, the part quantity is correct, and the parts are not mixed during the production process, and control the stock quantity more accurately. Once a quality problem occurs, the cause can be quickly and accurately identified to ensure product quality and supply.

Traceability:Based on a batch number or serial number system, the entire process of parts from raw material procurement, production, consumption, to disposal is traceable. In addition to the need for product quality improvement, the growth of safety awareness has also increased the importance of traceability.
